Welcome
Old Sterling Gable Conservancy is the homeowner’s association of a small townhome community located in Sterling, VA. We are conveniently located near Washington & Old Dominion Trail, Dulles Airport and Dulles Town Center.
Old Sterling Gable Conservancy is managed by a volunteer group of homeowners from within the community whom are elected to serve on the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is assisted in their administration of the Association by a contracted property management company, currently TWC Association Management.

Feb 2nd meeting is POSTPONED to Feb 22nd! Location: at the Unitarian Universalists of Sterling, 22135 Davis Drive, Suite 104 @ 7pm
Planning Commission Board of Supervisors Hearing:
Iglesia Galilea de las Asambleas de Dios of Sterling, Virginia rezoning application has been approved by the Planning Commission. The application called for rezoning approximately 2.9 acres from the R-4 (Single Family Residential) to the PD-IP (Planned Development- Industrial Park) zoning district in order to develop a church.
Date of Hearing: February 8, 2010
Location: 1 Harrison St, Leesburg, VA 20175. At 6:30pm, in the Board Room off the lobby.
You are encouraged to attend as this will impact our community. Our areas of concern include traffic and parking, safety, noise, as well as the fence/separation from our community.
